​💡 As we come to the end of our Hospital to Community Accelerator, we invite you to join us at our end of programme Demo Day!

Over the past 12 weeks, participating founders have worked closely with our partners and mentors to develop their businesses early-stage innovations that move care closer to patients and communities.

This Demo Day offers an opportunity to see their progress, hear directly from founders, and engage in informed discussion around future implementation in real-world healthcare settings. The afternoon will feature startup pitches, a panel discussion, and time for networking.
