This intense 30-minute workshop is a focused working session for wine industry professionals designed to move from complex situations to clear decision paths.
What this session is
You bring pressing industry challenges from your professional context. The clinic is structured around 4 thematic discussion tables running in parallel. You join the table most relevant to your situation:

Table2: Marketing, communication & branding
Table3: Oenotourism
Table4: AI, innovation, and tools
Challenges are worked through with OIV MSc Alumni who leverage their international experience to unblock issues, reframe decisions, and define actionable paths that can be applied immediately after the session.
Examples of challenges addressed:

Who facilitates the session
The clinic is facilitated by Alumni of the OIV MSc in Wine Management, professionals currently active across different segments of the wine industry.
Their experience is grounded in field exposure across more than 25 wine-producing and wine-consuming countries, showing how decisions taken in one context can inform, challenge, or be adapted to another.
Registration
The clinic is intentionally limited to 8 participants to ensure a high level of interaction and individual attention.The format is not intended for passive attendance.
