About Event
Autonomy helps people do their best work, but it can be hard to foster when things feel urgent, complex, or high-stakes. Many leaders want to empower their teams, but aren’t sure how to do it without losing alignment or accountability.
In this workshop, we’ll explore what autonomy actually looks like in practice and how to build it intentionally. You’ll learn how to give people real ownership, make expectations clear, and create the conditions where teams can operate with confidence and initiative.
