Break out of routine and into the present with a beginner-friendly Contact Improvisation Dynamic FlightsWorkshop, led by Ivan Gurianov, movement educator and international CI facilitator.
Contact Improvisation (CI) is about discovering creative movement in connection with others—no choreography, just playful exploration using touch, mutual support, and communication through movement.
It’s dance with no steps, where presence and curiosity drive each interaction. CI brings together people who “WANNA PLAY”—because in CI, collaboration, trust, and curiosity are at the core.
Ivan has been facilitating CI since 2018, organizing international programs and inviting people of all backgrounds to enjoy mindful, playful movement.

Agenda
We will explore how to organise body structure to achieve effortlessness.
We will learn to make gravity and centrifugal force our friends, making flights playful and diverse, yet safe and easy.
Basic CI skills are required. However, material will be presented in an accessible way so people with different movement backgrounds can approach it comfortably.
Note: comfortable clothing, willingness to connect, and an open mindset to try something new.
