Fabrik Mastermind: Community Magic with Community Leader Becca Bernstein
Fabrik's Mastermind Series offers a focused setting for personal and professional enrichment. Each session, guided by industry experts and thought leaders, is an opportunity to engage with peers on a deeper level, exchange valuable insights, and set actionable goals.
What does it really take to create spaces where people feel seen, safe, and genuinely connected?
Join us for Community Magic, a hands-on session led by Becca Bernstein, where we’ll explore the real building blocks of meaningful community. Drawing from over a decade of experience leading some of the most impactful community-driven organizations, Becca will share practical tools, frameworks, and stories that help us move beyond surface-level connection into something deeper and more human.
About Our Host:
Becca Bernstein (they/them) has dedicated their career to transforming the ways that we can find belonging and build meaningful community. For the last 10+ years, they have developed and led at-scale programs, partnerships, strategies, and communities that help us be more honest+real and make the world more human. Becca served for years as the National Community Director of The Dinner Party, an organization that connects grievers in their 20s, 30s, and 40s to circles of peer community and care worldwide. They are the founder of Collective Care Consulting and Trainings, which teaches people the infrastructure for how to more deeply connect with one another in an age of loneliness and isolation. They served as the Head of Option B out of former Facebook/Meta COO Sheryl Sandberg’s Family Foundation, reaching over 24 million people under their leadership, and the Chief Community and Operations Officer of Belong Center, an organization dedicated to ending the loneliness epidemic and building a culture of belonging. Becca is also a seasoned public speaker, speaking with everyone from author and thought leader, Cheryl Strayed, to humanitarian and social justice activist Sonya Renee Taylor, to Congresswoman, Ayanna Pressley. They are thrilled to join Fabrik for this exciting opportunity!
