Peer Suite: Women's Walk and Talk, Plus Mindful Movement and Meditation
Take a break from the usual networking events and join us for something truly special - a refreshing outdoor gathering in Holland Park that blends meaningful connection with mindful movement and breathing practices.
Whether you're a Peer Suite member or joining us for the first time, this morning is designed to help you find balance and reconnect with a calmer, more grounded version of yourself.
The event is hosted by Rebecca van Dijk, founder of Peer Suite, accompanied by wellness expert Chantelle Blackman. This event is about stepping away from the constant doing and into a space where you can actually reset.
What to Expect
We will start the morning with a 45-minute session led by Chantelle, encompassing a women's circle, some embodied movement and a guided meditation. We will then follow this with a walk around the park.
✨ Women's Circle – We'll start by sitting together in a supportive group setting where you can arrive as you are, share what's on your mind, and ease into the morning without pressure or performance.
💃 Embodied Movement – Gentle, intuitive movement designed to release physical tension and get out of your head. This is about moving in a way that feels natural and helps shift stagnant energy.
🧘♀️ Guided Meditation – A calming practice to quiet mental noise, release what you've been carrying, and reconnect with clarity and confidence from within.
🚶♀️ Walk & Talk – Afterwards, join us for a leisurely walk through Holland Park with the Peer Suite community. Connect with other women in a casual, low-pressure setting while getting your steps in.
This experience is for women who are tired of operating in overdrive. It's about finding a way to lead and live that feels sustainable, where softness and strength can work together.
