Career Open Space: Find Clarity in Your Next Career Step
I’m hosting a free Career Open Space for experienced professionals who are thinking about what’s next in their careers.
If you’ve been feeling uncertain, stuck, or simply questioning your direction, just know many are facing the same challenges.
This is not a webinar. There are no slides. No one-size-fits-all advice.
Instead, this is a facilitated, interactive session where we focus on real questions, real challenges, and real decisions.
Who this is for:
This session is designed for experienced professionals who:
Feel unclear about their next career move
Are considering a change but don’t know which direction to pursue
Know what they want, but are unsure how to get there
Want to think more strategically about their career instead of reacting to circumstances
What makes this different:
This is based on an Open Space format, which means:
You bring the topics that matter most to you
We collectively shape the agenda at the start of the session
You can contribute, listen, or simply reflect
The conversation goes where the real value is
What you can expect to walk away with:
New perspectives on your current situation
Greater clarity on possible directions
Better questions to guide your decisions
Insights from others going through similar challenges
What to bring:
An open mind
A real question or challenge you’re currently facing
Willingness to participate (at your own comfort level)
