Shellie Kitchen is an inspirational Hawaiian-Filipino chef and Excelsior (San Francisco) native, widely recognized for her standout run on Season 2 of ABC's cooking competition The Taste (where she was a favorite of the late Anthony Bourdain).

​She is best known locally for her celebrated Bay Area food truck, Brass Knuckle, and her pop-up culinary ventures Mahalo AF (@mahalo_af) that feature unique, "drippy" Hawaiian-Filipino fusion.
