About Event

Welcome to the Road to Davos webinar Series, our lead-up series helping leaders prepare for the most intentional week of the year. Davos is unique—dense with decision-makers, high in complexity, and rich with opportunity.

Each session gives you practical insights, insider guidance, and a clearer path to make every hour in Davos count. Here, you can learn, engage, and get ahead on the journey.

Session Overview

Title: Your Davos 2027 Checklist: What's New, What Insiders Expect, and How to Navigate the Week

Description: Davos 2027 is approaching fast. The WEF partner and Promenade venues now know which ones got permits and which didn't. The hotels are basically full, and the scramble for accommodation in Davos, Klosters and beyond is on in earnest.

This will be the first majorly AI-enabled Davos. For many people it will be their first AI-powered Davos, with new tools and systems to help you connect, show your content and find the right places. With around 1,500 side events, time is precious, and where you are physically matters. Rooms are tiny, but Davos is serendipity mountain: develop the attitude that wherever you are is where you need to be, and opportunities are everywhere.

What We Will Cover

  • What's New for Davos 2027: The venues, houses, events and gatherings insiders expect this year, and what changed with permits.

  • Practical Davos: Where to stay (Davos, Klosters and beyond), how to get around, and what to book now.

  • The First AI-Powered Davos: The tools and systems that help you connect, show your content and find the right places, and how to make the most of them.

  • The Davos Global Summit: Presented in Davos, designed for a global audience. Including our new pitch-and-matchmake format, where people gather around a topic and everyone gets their time on stage, so they can properly, fairly and truthfully say "I've been speaking in Davos."

  • How Davos Has Changed: The three missions of unDavos (democratising Davos, diversity of topics, and bringing action to Davos) and what that means for you, from a few hundred side-event participants 15 years ago to many thousands today, and from about 100 side events in 2013 to around 1,500 now.

  • Beyond Davos: How to use the physical week before, during and after. Meeting the right people is only the start; the follow-up is critical, and it all benefits from forward planning.

  • Special Edition – Davos After Dark: The evening social scene, including the Magic Davos Party. We welcomed over 600 people on the Thursday night, so plan to stay for Thursday.

  • Live Q&A: Bring your questions.

Session Details:

  • Format: Live Interactive Zoom (Session will be recorded for future access).

  • Date: Tuesday 3d of November, 16:00–17:00 CET / 11:00–12:00 ET.

  • Target Audience: Leaders, entrepreneurs, investors and changemakers planning for Davos 2027, whether it is your first time or your tenth.
