Run, Coreformer, Recover: a late morning workout session

After two big days at summit, sleep in a little, then come and move, reset and keep the connections going.
Corehaus is a slow resistance training studio in Barcelona. Their classes are 50 minutes on the coreformer: low impact, high intensity, and built around control and time under tension.
How the morning works
We start at 11:30 and split into two groups of ten. One group heads out on an easy paced 5 to 6 km run with a Corehaus coach, while the other takes a class in the studio. Then we swap, so everyone does both.
Pick your slot when you register
Option 1: Run first (11:30), coreformer second (12:30)
Option 2: Coreformer first (11:30), run second (12:30)
There are ten places in each. If your preferred option is full, we will put you in the other one.
Schedule
11:30 to 12:20: First run and first class
12:30 to 13:20: Second run and second class
13:20 to 14:00: Coffee, smoothies and stuffed dates in the studio, and more time to connect
Your coaches
Paula Fernandez is the founder of Corehaus. She built the studio around the idea that strength training should be slow, controlled and hard, and that the community around it matters as much as the workout.
Akanksha Khurana works with entrepreneurs and investors across Europe and the UK on fundraising and growth. She also coaches at Corehaus and will lead the coreformer classes.
Good to know
No experience needed. The run is relaxed, but fair warning, the class is spicy!
Wear something you can move in and bring a water bottle.
Showers and changing rooms are available.
Spaces are limited to 20, so please only register if you plan to come.
