​Ladies of thLadies of the Round Table is a Foundher invite-only dinner.

​This is not an open event. It's a curated dinner for 24 women who mean business, and every seat is placed on purpose. You'll be sitting next to, across from, and beside someone you actually want to talk to: your next collaborator, a mentor a few steps ahead, someone navigating funding, or the exact person solving the problem you're stuck on.

​Growth sounds like the goal until you're in it: the systems that break, the team you suddenly have to lead, the brand you built by feel that now needs to work without you in the room. Going from founder-does-everything to a real, scaling business is one of the hardest, least-talked-about parts of the journey.

She's since done the same for other founder-owned brands as a Fractional CMO. She's brilliant on the part most people skip over: the hardest bit of scaling isn't the strategy, it's the people, the systems, and holding onto what made you special in the first place.
