About Event

Join us for an intimate evening of great food, honest conversation, and peer connection at Marlowe, a beloved New American bistro in San Francisco's SoMa neighborhood.

This is a complimentary dinner. The set menu and drinks are covered by our wonderful sponsor, Wavelength.

Every post-sales leader is being asked the same impossible question right now: how do you protect retention and grow revenue across a customer base your team can't fully cover, without adding headcount? There's no playbook yet. The best answers are coming from leaders comparing notes with each other, and that's exactly what this dinner is for.

A small group of senior post-sales leaders, sharing what's working, what's failing, and what we're all still figuring out. Come ready to learn from your peers, leave with new ideas and new relationships.

Hosted by Women of Customer Success, in partnership with Wavelength, the AI-native customer intelligence platform for post-sales teams.

Agenda for the Evening

6:00 – 6:30 | Welcome Drinks

Arrive, grab a drink, take a seat, and meet your fellow guests.

6:30 – 7:00 | Seated Welcome

A short welcome from Women of Customer Success and Wavelength, and a quick round of introductions around the table.

7:00 – 8:15 | Dinner + Table Conversation

Family-style dinner from the Marlowe menu, with our table prompts guiding the conversation. Share as much or as little as you like - this is a candid, off-the-record space!

8:15 – 8:45 | Dessert + Takeaways

8:45 – 9:00 | Wind Down and Wrap Up

Swap contact info, keep the conversations going, and head out, or linger at the bar with new friends.

She is also an active lead of the WoCS San Francisco chapter.

Prompts for the Table

A few friendly conversation starters we'll sprinkle across the evening - no prep required, just your real experiences:

  • The coverage gap: What's your honest ratio of accounts-per-CSM, and how are you deciding who gets a human touch?

  • Doing more with flat headcount: What's one thing your team stopped doing this year, and what happened?

  • AI in post-sales: Where has AI actually earned its keep in your CS org so far, and where has it fallen flat?

  • The digital-touch tightrope: How do you scale the long tail without customers feeling like they've been demoted?

  • Defending the number: How are you talking about NRR/GRR with your board when the answer can't be "more hires"?

  • Leading through it: What's the hardest leadership moment this shift has created for you, and who helped you through it?

Who's Behind the Evening

Women of Customer Success is a 20,000+ member community of post-sales professionals across 9 cities. We bring together the women leading CS, account management, and revenue teams, through executive dinners, working sessions, and programming built by people who actually do this work. No fluff, no motivational-poster energy: just a network of sharp operators comparing notes on the real problems of the job.

Wavelength is the first AI-native customer intelligence platform built for post-sales teams, unifying conversational, usage, and CRM data into a single system so leaders can act on customer signals instantly instead of digging through tables. Its AI agents automatically prioritize accounts based on real customer signals, surface risk and expansion opportunities, and support GTM teams managing tens of thousands of customers at enterprise scale. In short: know more about every account, act faster, without growing headcount. Learn more at wavelength.cx.
