We’re excited to continue growing the Chief of Staff Network (COSN) community in Boston.
This meetup brings the Boston CoS community together for a focused, in-person conversation as we strengthen local connections and build momentum for the year ahead.

This informal, in-person meetup will bring together Chiefs of Staff and adjacent operators across Boston for meaningful conversation, peer connection, and practical discussion. The session will center on strategic planning — how Chiefs of Staff support, shape, and operationalize strategy across their organizations.
The format will be intentionally lightweight and conversational, designed to make it easy to step away from the day for a focused hour of discussion, with the option to continue conversations over lunch afterward.
There’s no formal agenda — just a brief touchpoint on COSN and what’s ahead for the Boston chapter, followed by an open, facilitated discussion and shared experiences from your work supporting founders and senior leadership.

Who is this event for?
This meetup is for operators currently serving as Chiefs of Staff, Founders’ Associates, or in similar BizOps, strategy, or operations roles. Please include your current job title and company so we can verify your role and approve your registration.
