During this workshop,
complete a sleep audit
identify habits that are getting in the way of quality rest
build a customized sleep routine you can realistically stick to.
This workshop is made in partnership between rYOUminate and the Seattle Public Library and is part of the Transformative Life Skills series empowering young adults to learn information to help them through adulthood.
