The AI Revolution Has a Hardware Problem

Every AI model training at scale depends on a $350 million lithography machine. There are roughly 50 of them operating worldwide, all built by one company. That's the chip bottleneck. But even if we solve it, the problem just moves. Cheaper chips mean more data centers, which means the real constraint becomes power. Right now, connecting a new AI facility to the grid takes 5-7 years. The permitting queue is the new choke point.
