Do you want to challenge yourself in how you use AI in software development and update your skills?
Well, AI Loop has put together something just for you : a two-day hackathon
Whether you are a developer, technical lead, product-oriented profile, or AI practitioner, this hackathon is an opportunity to:
collaborate with people from different companies and backgrounds,
challenge your way of designing solutions,
and leave with concrete learnings applicable to your daily work.
Each team will also be supported by freelance experts and specialized AI professionals acting as participant-coaches throughout the challenge.
The event aims to bring together the developer community to level up your skill with a concrete use-case in a unique cross-company format.
The objective is simple:
learn by building.

The event format is BYOS (Bring Your Own Setup; monitors and computers are not provided)
Each team will be provided with a license package to give you the development tools you need.
You are also allowed to bring your own work environment and personal licenses.
Event Format
The hackathon is divided into two parts:
Day 1 - Kick-off & building
📅 Wednesday, October 14, 2026
🕔 9:00 AM – 18:00 PM
📍 The POD
The kick-off will introduce the challenge, present the teams, and allow participants to begin brainstorming before the sprint.
Participants will work on a real-world use case (in teams of 5, with a mix of developers, AI experts, and students), rethink workflows and methodologies, experiment with AI-assisted approaches, and develop practical solutions that can inspire future innovation within their own organizations.

12:00 PM - Lunch Break
1:00 PM - Team work sessions with coache
6:00 PM - End of the day
Breakfast, lunch, and networking moments will be included throughout the day.
You will also have access to specials rooms for extern meetings if needed.
Part 2 - Final sprint & public session
📅 Thursday, October 15, 2026
📍 The POD
🕘 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
During these final hours of the sprint, participants will have the opportunity to polish their prototypes.
Once the final build has been uploaded at noon, participants will have the opportunity to eat and to test and challenge the other teams’ prototypes.

12:00 PM - Lunch break, testing of the prototype and public welcom
1:00 PM - Public session
3:00 PM - Networking
At 01:00 PM we open the doors and the participants will pitch their projects to the audience before joining the networking session.
Each team will present:
their approach,
their methodology,
the tools explored,
and the solution they developed during the day
