Ready for 2027?

A Day to Rethink, Reconnect and Reimagine

The future won’t wait. Are you ready to lead it?

The world is changing fast. AI is reshaping how we work, old assumptions are being challenged, and the complexity facing leaders and organisations continues to grow. Preparing for 2027 takes more than another strategy, a longer to-do list or a new set of targets.

It calls for space to step back, see what is changing and rethink what truly matters.

Join The Board Whisperers for a day of reflection, fresh perspectives and meaningful conversations to prepare yourself, your leadership and your organisation for the year ahead.

Together, we will explore the questions that deserve attention before 2027 begins:

• What is changing? Recognise the shifts, emerging signals and blind spots that could reshape your world.

• What needs to change? Challenge assumptions, revisit priorities and discover where new thinking is needed.

• How do you want to lead? Strengthen your clarity, courage and capacity to navigate uncertainty.

• Who do you need around you? Discover how diverse perspectives, trusted relationships and collective intelligence can lead to better decisions.

• What will you make happen? Translate insights into clear intentions, choices and actions for 2027.

Expect an engaging day that combines strategic reflection with deeper inquiry, open dialogue and practical exploration. A chance to step out of the everyday, look beyond the immediate challenges and create space for possibilities you may not yet have considered.

Whether you lead an organisation, serve on a board, build a business or are shaping your next chapter of leadership, this day offers an opportunity to pause, recalibrate and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

Don't just plan for 2027. Prepare to meet it differently.
