About Event

Across climate, economies, biodiversity, and social fabric, tipping points are rapidly approaching. After years of effort by diverse actors using different approaches, the time has come to break down walls and build new bridges toward better systems.

Building on this momentum, Oxfam Novib takes this initiative after five years of learning through FAIR for ALL, a multi-country program focused on systemic change in international development. Our experience shows there is no single pathway to transformation. This event will bring together insights and lessons from diverse approaches, helping us make sense and act together to steer tipping points in the right direction.

This event is hosted by Oxfam Novib in collaboration with the Si Network.

Join a two-day gathering of changemakers!

From across civil society, philanthropy, government, and the global development ecosystem. Together, we’ll reflect, connect, and bridge ideas into collaborative action for systems change.

Who Will Be in the Room?

▸ CSOs, activists & grassroots movements from the Global South & North

▸ Donors & philanthropic organizations

▸ INGOs & global organizations working across borders on systemic approaches

▸ Academics, catalysts & ecosystem builders

▸ Policymakers and public institutions

Our principles

👂🏻 Listen with humility and openness - every perspective matters.

✊🏾 Acknowledge power - recognise and challenge power dynamics within systems and within this space.

💬 Be generous with knowledge - share insights to strengthen collective power.

This is not a conference but a shared space we'll hold together for deep engagement, honest dialogue, and collective learning. We ask for your full presence and participation across both days, guided by our principles of listening with humility and openness, acknowledging power dynamics, and being generous with knowledge.

What to expect?

Day 1 – Listen, connect, and make sense together: Explore diverse perspectives, uncover gaps, and identify which connections need to be built or reimagined for systemic transformation.

Day 2 – Engage, challenge, and co-create: Have honest, sometimes uncomfortable conversations to surface what’s needed to drive collective action.

Why attend?

1) Build meaningful partnerships that strengthen your capacity for systems change.

2) Exchange practical insights and learn from diverse voices and perspectives.

3) Contribute to shaping a collective understanding and roadmap for action.
