Know your startup team and maximize success – a new tool for assessing and developing startup teams

A startup’s success doesn’t rely solely on the idea or funding – it’s about the people behind it. One of the most common reasons promising startups fail is dysfunctional collaboration between founders.

At this event, work psychologists Lilli Sundvik and Elina Suutarinen from IKIGAI Assessments Oy will introduce a new tool designed to identify the psychological success factors of a startup team, potential collaboration risks, and the dynamics of team chemistry. Awareness of a team’s strengths and possible tensions lays the foundation for sustainable growth – and makes investment decisions smarter.
