Moktar Yusuf is the CEO & Co-Founder of Pactima (YC S21), a startup that offers remote and in-person notarization, eSignatures, and identity verification.

Before Pactima, he founded Relomigo and ZoomMate, both in Ottawa. He holds a B.Com in Accounting from the University of Ottawa and started his entrepreneurial journey through the Founder Institute.
