Heal & Lead Circles | Leading with Care: Releasing Guilt, Embracing Self-Compassion
What if leadership wasn’t about pushing harder, but about softening into care? What if self-compassion was the most radical act of freedom?
Join us as we gather in this month’s Heal & Lead Circle for The Liberated Leader to explore how self-compassion helps us break free from guilt and societal expectations. Together, we’ll reflect on how our practices have been shaped by control and perfectionism, and how releasing those patterns allows us to lead with authenticity, integrity, and impact. We’ll reimagine leadership as rooted in compassion, sustained by mindfulness, and expressed through everyday rituals of care.
This is a free online community event! If you feel moved, we invite you to make an optional donation to SeekHer Foundation. Your kindness will help support our non-profit initiatives to bridge the gender gap of mental health and power more women for the greater good.

The Liberated Leader: A self-aware, authentic individual who breaks free from societal expectations to embrace her true power. She takes up space unapologetically, challenging the status quo of what the world has told her to be while inspiring others to do the same. Leading with integrity, she prioritizes inner strength, cultivating a life of freedom and impact. She honors her unique journey, releasing the patterns that no longer serve her.
