Personal Knowledge Management Beyond Note-Taking - GW Members Roundtable

​We all collect information - articles to read, ideas to remember, resources to reference later. But turning that collection into something actually useful? That's where most of us struggle.

​Whether you're using dedicated tools or just saving everything to your phone's Notes app, the challenge is the same: building a system you'll actually maintain and can find things in when you need them.

​What we'll do: This is a collaborative session where we'll share real systems that people actually use.

​We'll start by showing you our setups - the good, the messy, and the experiments we've abandoned. Then we'll open it up for others to share their approaches, tools, and what they've learned.

​We'll explore questions like:

• ​What tools do you use and why?

• ​How do you decide what's worth saving?

• ​What makes you stick with a system vs. abandon it?

• ​How do you find things when you need them?

​What to expect:

• ​See different approaches and tools in action

• ​Hear honest takes on what works and what doesn't

• ​Share your own systems and experiences if you want to

• ​Learn from the group's collective trial and error
