βSurrendering to the Rhythm of the Season.
βOctober is deepening, and the autumn breeze is beginning to carry a crisp chill.
βChasing fast-paced prompts and digital metrics on our screens every single day, we often lose touch with where our bodies truly stand in the turning of the seasons.
βFor our fourth TAKE, we are finally playing our most cherished card: Namsan.
βThis is not an intense hike where you clamber up boulders out of breath. Think of it as a gentle "urban walking flow"βtaking slow, conscious breaths like you are on a yoga mat, gently rediscovering the natural cadence of your own stride.
βMeeting amidst the concrete jungle of Seoul Station, we will wander along the sun-drenched, south-facing woodland trails of Namsan before descending into the vibrant, colorful streets of Itaewon.
βA gentle 4.4 km strollβan effortless, laid-back walk that takes only about an hour and a half at an unhurried pace.
βSet down the heavy thoughts, plans, and deadlines on the ground for a while. Let your body drift lightly on the cool autumn breeze. As you walk along the wooded path, the senses of body and mind that felt stiff and locked away will quietly settle back into place.
βAfter the walk, we will share a relaxed lunch and a cup of coffee tucked away in the alleys of Itaewon.
βThis is neither a blind date nor a stiff, transactional networking event.
βWe invite you to a Saturday morning playground for adults who simply want to kick off their weekend in their own natural rhythm. π
