Stramilano Sotto Zero: a winter run with Milan’s startup community
It’s the end of November, it’s cold, and that’s the whole point.
Sotto Zero is the winter sequel to our May run at Stramilano. Same idea: we run together - founders, operators, investors and anyone else from the startup world - then stay for a warm drink and a proper chat. This time we’ll be in hats.
When: Sunday 29 November
Meet-up: 9:45, at Bar Venchi, about 150 metres from the start in Viale Cassiodoro (CityLife)
Race start: 10:30
Distance: 5 km or 10 km, both at free pace. Nobody’s timing you.
How it works
Register for the race on the official Stramilano Sotto Zero website. You need to do this to run officially. The free-pace 5 km and 10 km cost €18.

Come to Venchi at 9:45 and find us. We’ll walk to the start together.
Fast, slow, or walking the cold bits, it’s all fine. Just come and meet someone you don’t know yet.
Who’s behind it
Sports Rebels Club is a startup community that meets through sport: running, padel, basketball, beach volleyball, even chess.
Founders Running Club, Milan is the local chapter of a movement that started in San Francisco in 2022 and now runs in more than 65 cities. In Milan they meet on Saturdays at 9:30 for an easy 5K and a coffee, in English, with no pressure to be fast.
Rosa Health is an Italian preventive health startup. It offers blood tests with more than 90 biomarkers, reviewed by clinicians and shown in an app, so you can see how your body is doing over time. They also host a relaxed Sunday run around the Giardini di Porta Venezia, with coffee afterwards and everyone welcome.
