About Event
Movement · Restoration · Connection
An intimate experience designed to help us return to the present and reconnect with both ourselves and one another.
Join us in the courtyard of KAFE 001 for an afternoon of intentional movement, restoration, and connection, thoughtfully woven together through three experiences.
MOVEMENT — Mat Pilates
RESTORATION — Shakti Wonderball & Sound Bath
CONNECTION — Coffee & Conversation
Our hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more connected, and reminded that home isn’t always a place. Sometimes, it’s a feeling we find within ourselves and the people around us.
Location
8282 Melrose Ave
Los Angeles, CA 90046, USA
The experience will take place in the courtyard at KAFE 001. Free and metered street parking is available on the surrounding streets. We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and settling into the space before we begin.
