​One day. Nine experiences. One unforgettable Sunday.

​Escape the city for a day of movement, nature, swimming, food, and connection in the Colombian mountains.

​Start with a beautiful 45-minute guided hike through Colombian terrain to the waterfall. Once we arrive, you can swim, relax, explore, and enjoy the setting.

​And Then… The Optional Pump.

​After the hike, we'll take about 15 minutes to rest, stretch, and reset with some simple breathwork.

​Then, for anyone who wants it, we'll break out the TRX and resistance bands for a short, fun pump --just enough to feel good and look your best for the camera.

​Then comes the fun part:

​Get professional-quality photos and cinematic footage in one of the most incredible natural settings around Medellín.

​No workout experience required. The pump is completely optional.

​You can simply hike, swim, relax, eat, connect, and enjoy the waterfall — or get in a quick pump and leave with some epic photos to show your friends and family.

​This is an outdoor experience involving hiking, uneven terrain, swimming, and optional physical activity. Participants are responsible for knowing their own physical limitations and following the instructions of the guides and organizers.

​Participant insurance/assistance coverage is included when available. Please provide accurate emergency-contact and health information during registration.
