About Event
We will be sampling way too much meat, from A5 Wagyu to Angus/Wagyu Hybrids, and more. If you've wanted to learn more about how different cuts taste, and how finishing as well as breeds impacts flavor, this is the event for you. There will be no vegetarian options available. The event is BYOB, so bring your favorite bottle to share.
Also, 16+ Ounces may be too much meat for you at 1 sitting, so we will be sending a survey out a few days before the event and you can opt to have a 1/2 portion during the event, and we'll bundle the rest as a take home item in a refrigerated bag.
