Female Longevity: Building Strength for Life
How can we feel strong, energised, and confident in our bodies at every stage of life?
Join Longevity Salon at YDUN for an evening of expert conversation, guided breathwork, delicious food, and connection as we explore women’s hormonal health and how strength training supports lasting wellbeing.
From our reproductive years through perimenopause and menopause, we’ll discuss how our bodies change and how we can support them, with practical insights into movement, nourishment, and recovery.
