September 18 in Chile is Fiestas Patrias (often called "El Dieciocho"), a public holiday celebrating the First Government Junta of 1810 and the start of the country's path to independence from Spain.
We'll be hosting a feast featuring empanadas and Chilean wine in San Francisco.
