Only 2% of VC-backed Belgian startups are female-founded. We don't see that as a talent problem. It's a distribution problem, and it starts with who gets to hear how funding really works.
Untapped is Syndicate One's initiative to source and back female founders in Belgium, earlier than the market does today. Our goal is to see 10% of VC-backed Belgian startups founded by women by 2030, and this webinar series is where we start: practical, honest sessions for (aspiring) female tech founders.
