An intimate evening for founders and people building something of their own, hosted at the exclusive Aethos Club in Palma. Hosted by Adriana, Melanie and David.
Usually reserved for members, Aethos Club offers a unique setting to step away from the usual networking environment.
We’ll begin with an interactive session led by Melanie Isakowitz, Presence & Performance Coach, actress, voice artist and speaker.
Rooted in theatre, film and dubbing, Melanie has performed on stages across Germany and can be seen and heard in international productions.
Having lived and worked in different parts of the world, she brings a naturally international and intercultural perspective to her work.
She is also Acting Director at Queens Stage School in Mallorca and has an academic background in linguistics and developmental psychology.

Rather than simply talking about how to pitch, Melanie will get you involved. Guided by a simple belief: communication speaks many languages, and the body often speaks first.
Whether you’re pitching to investors, speaking at an event or simply walking into a room full of new people, the aim is to help you communicate with confidence while still feeling completely like yourself.
What Should You Never Miss in Your Pitch Deck?
We’re very lucky to have David Franzen as a Co-Host joining us for the second part of the evening.
David is the Managing Partner at Max Ventures Mallorca, where he leads early-stage investment and portfolio development in the Balearic Islands and Spain, and CEO of Pynn.
Having met hundreds of founders and worked extensively with early-stage companies, David brings a wealth of practical knowledge on fundraising, investor expectations and what makes a pitch deck work.
In this focused session, David will share the key things founders should consider when preparing a deck, what investors actually want to see and the details that can make a real difference when you’re raising.

Then we’ll sit down for a relaxed dinner designed to encourage good food, honest conversations and new connections.
There will be vegetarian and vegan options, alongside a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
🍹 The bar will remain open after the meal for those who want to stay longer, have another drink and continue the conversation.
