The Real Way Circle Vol 1
The Real Way Circle · Vol. 1
Real conversations in real life.
The Real Way Circle is for people who are on the journey to rediscover and reconnect with themselves, through the noise and expectations of a busy life. It is borne from the desire to create spaces where people can come to be themselves, be seen and to have real conversation.
This session will be a guided session, coming into a slow and thoughtful space to reflect on the first half of the year, reconnect with yourself more honestly, and consider what feels important for the months ahead.
You were personally invited because you're someone I'd genuinely love to sit across from.
What to expect:
We'll have some food, get warmed up in the space and Sha-En will guide you to reflect on the half year that's passed, and then gently set intentions for the months ahead.
By the end of the morning, we hope you'll have the experience where it was safe to be real, and that taking care of yourself is not selfish, but absolutely essential.
