Movement isn't about technique, choreography, or looking good. It's about channeling the intelligence that lives inside you. In this 60-minute exploration, we'll shed the layers of external conditioning and access your authentic, embodied self.

You'll discover what happens when you stop thinking and start feeling your body through time and space. This is freedom. This is authenticity. This is what your body has been waiting to express.
