You are invited to my weekly practice. Move with me and experience what it feels like to come back into your body. Learning to rest the mind and connect to your sensations … to feel, to heal, to let go.
DETAILS
💕WHAT: After a brief welcome and opening, I will be guiding us through a combination of meditation/stillness, free-flow movement and somatic postures (aka: body keys), along with a curated playlist. This practice will assist us in slowly bringing to the surface and releasing what has been suppressed in the body. With regular practice we become better able to regulate our nervous systems and be with big emotions. We become less reactive to life and able to experience more peace, joy, forgiveness, purpose, connection, and freedom.

• I love music and movement and am interested in exploring a new embodiment practice.
• I desire to feel more freedom in my body, I am ready to let go of self judgement and make peace with my body.
🫶🏽This is a judgement free experience, come exactly as you are. No dance experience is necessary. This is not about how you move, it’s about learning to let go. This practice will teach you how to quiet your mind and come back to your body to feel and release.

HOW TO PREPARE:
▪️Wear comfortable clothing you can freely move in.
▪️Have a water bottle.
▪️Join the zoom from a computer if you can so you can see and follow along easier.
▪️Hook up your audio to either an external speaker or wireless headphones for optimal sound.
▪️Set yourself up in a quiet place free of distractions. You don’t need a huge space, just an area you can move freely in.
