Most disability practices run on instinct and a general sense of how the year is going. The firms that have started measuring say it changed decisions they had been making the same way for years.
We'll work through what practitioners are actually tracking: allowance rates by stage, how long cases sit at each level, caseload per case manager, what a signed case is worth, and where new cases come from.
