​Overview: The explosion of agentic AI is rapidly changing the face of business. Solutions like Microsoft CoPilot and ChatGPT are changing the way we work but companies are unclear on how to use these technologies to better service customers, drive acquisition, upsell and retain customers.

A further requirement is to have a measurement framework to be able to understand feedback on the effectiveness in the application of Agentic AI along customer journeys.

​About the guest speaker

​​​​​​​Trent Rossini is the co-founder and managing director of inQuba, a world-leading journey platform.

Trent is based out of Johannesburg, South Africa.

Trent has worked extensively with clients to assist in driving the rollout of Journey Management projects within the inQuba client base. He also leads the product development for inQuba ensuring that the platform remains a leading solution that takes advantage of the latest technology developments.

Trent is also a founding member of the Institute for Journey Management.
