Why is this important?
We are living a time defined by unforeseen changes and unprecedented challenges. In this context, the need for individual and collective resilience is growing. Traditional design approaches, focusing on market-driven and ‘human-centered’ solutions, often fall short. This webinar focuses on how design can be the key to unlocking meaningful and lasting resilience that benefits organizations, individuals, society and the planet.

Life is resilient. We are all naturally resilient. This is about an exploration of the biological and ecological principles that enable life to be resilient. How can you bring yourself and organization more in line with the natural resilience of nature?
🌱 Practices for Resilience: - with Anna Elkjær
When we aim to design resilient relationships and organizations, we need practices that can ground us and give us a strong foundation and flexibility to face challenges. What can you do to nourish the soil that your well being grows from?
⭕️ Designing Resilient Structures: Mickael Drouard
This is about investigating the design of resilient structures of organization. How can flat organizational structures lead to more resilient and adaptive organizations? How might you use collective approaches to facilitate more effective responses to dynamic challenges?
This event is an invitation to reflect on how we can, together, adapt design approaches that focus not only on resilience but also regeneration. We aim to inspire and equip participants with the inspiration, tools and perspectives to design a more resilient and connected future together.

Laura is focused on regeneration and re-establishment of planetary health. With over 15 years of international experience in impact innovation and sustainability, she has paved the way for the integration of a life-centric approach within diverse projects and business models collaborating with diverse stakeholders (Roca, We Are Water Foundation, diverse City Halls Slovenia/Portugal, UN-Water, Sustainable Energy Youth Network, Ironhack)L
Guest: Anna Elkjær
Program Leader Kaospilot Youth Department
Anna is a graduated Kaospilot who has specialized in Innovative Educational Design. Over the past few years, she has been responsible for larger EU Projects. Anna is not only an experienced facilitator and leader who has guided large groups of executives through challenging learning and development journeys but also an accomplished yoga teacher where she supports individuals to enhance their well-being through mindful practices.
