Local Hub Barcelona: The Creative Reset
Anyone else feeling those back-to-school September vibes? Even if you don't have kids or aren't in school, the hustle and bustle of the "school year" starting again can still creep in, with new projects kicking off and clients bringing new demands and deadlines after the summer break. It's time to hit pause and rediscover your creative spark!
Join us for The Creative Reset, a hands-on workshop designed to help you reignite your creativity, regain focus, and bring fresh energy into your daily life.
In this workshop, you will:
Understand Your Creative Cycle: Recognize the natural ebb and flow of creativity and how to navigate through low points to infuse new creative ideas into your daily tasks and projects
Embodiment of Creativity: Learn how physical posture and movement can influence and enhance your creative state, transforming abstract feelings into actionable energy.
Actionable Creative Strategies: Develop personalized, practical strategies to consistently access and nurture your creative potential, even in your busy professional life.
About the facilitator:
Klarrisa Frank (she/her) is an L&D professional with over 15+ years in the field as a program manager, course creator, facilitator, and certified coach. She is passionate about reigniting creativity in the workplace because our world desperately needs more innovative and creative ideas. She does this as a coach by supporting busy professionals in bringing their creative projects to life. Originally from the US, she now calls Amsterdam her home but often finds herself in Barcelona as well. In her spare time, she enjoys biking through the countryside, cooking foods from her Chinese heritage, and reading historical fiction.
You can connect with Klarrisa on Instagram, LinkedIn, or her website.
About the space:
We're really excited to be hosting this event at Arte a la Carta, a creative studio in Gracia offering collaborative and interactive art experiences to stimulate imagination, exploration, and belonging. Founded in January 2024 by Julia Stewart, a fellow L&D Shaker, Arte a la Carta began as a pop-up in Ciutat Vella before finding a permanent home in Grácia, where it continues to grow its vibrant community of participants. All of the experiences offered in this space encourage active participation over passive observation and are grounded in the belief that the true joy of life lies in the process, not the end result. This studio offers collaborative art projects, dinners with strangers, reading parties, and a variety of other workshops.
