​​Volunteering Untapped NYC is on a mission to build community through volunteering. We host events every month on the second Saturday and partner with local organizations around the city.

​​This month, we are partnering with City Relief, a mobile outreach organization offering people experiencing poverty and homelessness hot meals, supplies, and connections to resources for housing, employment, and health care

​We will have two set of volunteers: the operations volunteers will focus on tasks like handing out bread and drinks, while the hospitality volunteers will help host our guests at the outreach and create a welcoming atmosphere. We will switch stations during the event so everyone has the opportunity to rotate through the roles. City Relief will have staff on-site to provide orientation for each role.

​Afterwards we'll head to a local spot to grab some food and drinks!

​Volunteering Untapped socials are an optional way to further socialize with other volunteers; we encourage everyone to come out to the social! Food and drinks will be available to purchase.
