The Reboot Room 〰️ The Beliefs Basement
An in-person group coaching experience

Come in. There's space for you.

The Reboot Room is a place to slow down, check in with yourself, and do the kind of thinking you never make time for. In here, you stop scrolling. You stop performing. You sit with the questions you've been avoiding, in good company and without judgement.

The room is intentionally small. 20 people. It's designed to feel like the conversation you wish you had more often but never quite make space for.

Each session opens a different door. A different thread to pull. A different thing to look at properly.

This time, we're going down.

〰️

Door 1: The Beliefs Basement

You know that voice? The one that says you're not ready. That you need to do more before you can charge more, or ask for the raise. That everyone else has it figured out and you're somehow winging it.

What if that voice isn't yours?

Most of the beliefs running the show - about what we're capable of, what we deserve, what "success" is supposed to look like - were formed long before we had any say in the matter. Handed down by parents, teachers, old bosses, that one offhand comment at a networking event in 2017 that somehow became a life rule.

In the basement, we find those beliefs. We look at where they came from. And we decide whether we want to keep them.

〰️

What happens in the room

This is a 2-hour in-person group coaching experience. Not a talk. Not a panel. Not someone presenting slides while you check your phone. You'll be doing the work, not just watching.

We'll dig into how beliefs are actually formed and then use that understanding to take apart the ones that are keeping you stuck. Think of it as a spring clean for the stories you've been telling yourself.

Expect individual reflection, honest conversation, and one genuinely useful thing to walk away with. Plus food, drinks, and time to chat afterwards with people who are asking the same questions you are.

One thing worth knowing: you won't be put on the spot. There's no forced sharing, no going round the circle, no pressure to bare your soul to strangers. You'll have space to reflect on your own, and if you want to share, great. If you'd rather just listen and think, that's equally fine. The room is designed so you get something out of it either way.

〰️

This room is for you if:

You run your own thing - or lead inside someone else's - and you're getting in your own way. Freelancer, founder, team lead, senior leader. You're not short on ideas or ambition. You're stuck because of something underneath: a pattern you can't quite name, an overthinking loop you can't break, or a version of yourself you keep performing even though it stopped fitting a while ago.

〰️

What people who've been in the room have to say

"It felt really calm but the exercises made it so enlightening, as opposed to just learning about the theory."

"I really loved Nat's energy. It felt honest and authentic and it allowed others to show up too."

"I went a step deeper on a set of beliefs I had already started to scratch the surface on. The session allowed me the space, focus and accountability to do that."

Who's holding the room

My name's Nat. I'm a coach, facilitator, and speaker who helps people stop performing a version of success they've outgrown. I'm a former culture consultancy co-founder, late-diagnosed with ADHD, came out as queer in my early thirties, and left a 12-year relationship and a business I built from scratch. I know what it feels like to question everything, and to come out the other side with something that actually fits.

The Reboot Room is a series of intimate coaching experiences. This is Door 1. In person. In London. In a room full of people who get it.

Come and see what it's like to be in the room.
