​Hosted at our wonderful new home Theodora Extra we will start to go deeper into what each phase of your cycle is actually revealing. Not just the science, but the lived, embodied, personal experience of it.

​🎓 A little bit TED talk: what each phase reveals, the science of somatics and why learning to listen to your body is one of the most radical and strategic things you can do
​🌙 A little bit women's circle: sharing and reflection on what has shifted since Session 01
​🥂 A little bit girl's night in: interactivity, games and deepening our connection across screens - and of course a free drink!!
