Ski Weekend - North Lake Tahoe, CA

​The long awaited Tribe ski weekend has finally arrived! The most requested event of the winter is sure to deliver a weekend full of blissful turns, vibey après drinks and soulful hot tub life talks.❄

​Let's take over the mountain together and shred our hearts out! ⛷🏂🏔

​PS - if you haven't already, make sure your name is on the Ski / Snowboard club sign-up sheet before you register for this event. You can fill out the sign up form here.

​Schedule:

• ​Carpools depart from SF (Friday 2-6pm)

• ​Carpools arrive at the Tahoe house (Friday 6-10pm)

• ​Group dinner in Tahoe (Friday - 8pm)

• ​Ski day + après (Saturday - 8AM-4PM)

• ​Group dinner at the house (Saturday - 7pm)

• ​Hot tub sesh + games at the house (Saturday - 9pm-12am)

• ​Check out of AirBnB (Sunday - 8AM)

• ​Ski day (Sunday - 8AM-2PM)

• ​Carpools depart from resorts (Sunday 12-4pm)

• ​Carpools arrive back in SF (Sunday 4-9pm)

​Things to keep in mind:

• ​The deadline to register is Wednesday, 3/27 at 5pm. Due to limited spots at the house, the trip is capped.

• ​The $199 registration fee covers the cost of a 2-night reservation at a shared AirBnB ski house in North Lake Tahoe. There will be no refunds for cancellations after Wednesday, 3/27.

• ​We'll organize carpools and all drive up Friday afternoon / evening. You can opt to drive up Saturday morning and leave early Sunday, but the registration fee will not be pro-rated. Carpool members are expected to split the cost of gas for their cars.

• ​We'll split up on Saturday and Sunday into groups going to Palisades and Northstar, but we'll share the same accommodations.

• ​We'll try to pair people up based on skill level but this will depend on who signs up. I'm expecting a mix of all skill levels, from people taking beginner lessons all the way to seasoned storm chasers.

• ​The cost of food, beverages, transportation and ski passes are not included.

• ​I'll plan for us to either eat at a restaurant or get take-out dinner for Friday night, depending on timing and numbers.

• ​I'll plan a big group dinner at the house together on Saturday night. We'll get groceries in Tahoe and cook together - details TBD but the cost will be split evenly among those partaking. Please plan your own breakfast and lunch during the day on Saturday and Sunday.
