Autumn 4-course dinner with Washington wines 🇺🇸

​Join us for an intimate 4-course wine dinner for just 12 guests with unexpected menu pairing, rare bottles from Yakima valley (Washington, USA) and a long evening around one table.

​For this edition, we’ll pour some of our latest discoveries from Washington State, USA — wines we came across while travelling, visiting producers like Tanjuli and 2 Mountain Winery and searching for bottles nobody else is selling in Spain.

​The evening menu is:

• ​Whipped feta with grilled zucchini & warm bread

• ​Roasted squash, beets & Brussels sprouts

• ​Creamy Parmesan polenta with wild mushrooms

• ​Slow-braised beef cheek with shallots

​This isn’t a formal tasting or a crowded restaurant dinner. It’s a small, social evening where you can discover new flavours, meet interesting people and hear the stories behind the wines directly from the Elowines founders sitting at the table with you.
