​Marisi Spritz: Made with Rinomato Americano Bianco, Apollonia's limoncello, and sparkling wine.

​Focaccia: Organic Tehachapi red fife grain focaccia served with caper olive salsa verde.

​Little Gem Salad: Caesar salad with Parmigiano-Reggiano and sourdough.

​Spicy Rigatoni: Prepared with pomodoro, Calabrian chilis, stracciatella, and basil.
