How We Dine Is How We Live is a cultural dinner series by Socialoftas, where people come together to experience cultures through food, stories, and shared presence.
This edition invites you to an Italian evening hosted by chef Michael Paolini, offering not only a meal but a small glimpse into the spirit of Italian gatherings.
We will begin the evening by sitting down together to enjoy a traditional Italian dinner, shared in the relaxed and convivial atmosphere that defines Italian tables.
After dinner, Michael will guide us through a short hands-on moment where participants will prepare a portion of handmade fresh tagliatelle to take home — a small taste of the Italian kitchen that continues beyond the evening itself.
This workshop is simply an extra moment of discovery, allowing guests to connect with the craft of pasta making while spending time together.
Seats are limited to keep the atmosphere intimate.
