​Energy isn’t just a commodity, it’s the most important resource. It’s the undercurrent of economic growth, strength, and technological advancement. Every leap forward in human history, from the industrial revolution to the digital age, has required exponential increases in energy consumption, and now we’re at the next great leap: artificial intelligence. But the reality is unavoidable and it’s ugly. Our grid cannot support the energy demands of data centers, and it’s become the bottleneck of progress. We can build the facility, we can design and manufacture the chips, we can write the code, but without energy, it all stalls.

That’s why we started Lumindt. Lumindt transforms abundant raw materials (i.e. dirt) into advanced energy storage, using metal hydrides to safely and efficiently store energy as hydrogen.

​Our technology addresses the critical bottleneck in America’s energy system. That is the ability to deliver energy when and where it’s needed, without waiting decades for new transmission.

​Better storage is the fastest way to close America’s energy delivery gaps. Lumindt is focused on building that strength for our industry, our security, and our future.

​At our launch exhibition, we're inviting guests to step inside the World of Lumindt. After a few brief presentations where we'll share our diagnosis of America's energy challenges, and expose the limitations of common energy storage solutions like lithium batteries, we want to give you a chance to explore the vessels, powders and hardware, and see first-hand how we build industrial scale storage capacity from common materials.
