The Extended Reality Technology Center 2026 Symposium
Wednesday, November 18 | Welcome Dinner, Demos & Posters at The Robotics Innovation Center

The symposium kicks off Wednesday evening with a welcome dinner and an opportunity to explore student research through posters and live demonstrations.
Guests will gather for an evening of networking, food, and drinks. Student posters and demonstrations will be featured throughout the event space, highlighting research and creative work across AR, VR, and XR.
Following brief welcome remarks, attendees can explore the poster and demo session while enjoying dinner and refreshments. Optional tours for sponsors will be coordinated separately; details to be confirmed.
The opening reception concludes at 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, November 19 | Research Talks, Keynote & Networking Lunch at The Gates & Hillman Center

The symposium continues Thursday morning with two clusters of research talks highlighting emerging research and innovation in XR, a keynote address, brief closing remarks, and a networking lunch.

10:40–11:00 a.m. — Coffee break
11:00–11:36 a.m. — Research talks: second cluster
