The Box Shop is hosting a small, invite-only evening on Thursday, May 7th (7 - 10 PM), and we’d love for you to come!
Along with cocktails and mocktails, we’ll have a special talk by artist Zulu Heru, who will share about his artistic journey and his sculpture, Whispers of Waste, which was just installed in the India Basin Park park next to The Box Shop as part of the Big Art Loop.
It’s an exciting time for Zulu with his latest public installation right next door, his solo exhibit at The Smart Collective going until May 1st, and his upcoming installation of Farmer the Rigger on Mare Island.
