​In this session, we’ll focus on one of the most critical early-stage topics: ideation and customer discovery - how to make sure you are solving a real problem, for real people.

​The session will be structured in three parts:

​🔹 Imre Hild will walk you through the fundamentals of ideation, problem validation and customer discovery.

​🔹 Benedek Hermán & Martin Olczyk will share their own experiences, lessons learned, and personal stories from working on real startup problems.

​🔹 Q&A - open discussion, your questions, honest answers

​Whether you already have an idea or are just starting to explore the startup world, this session will give you a practical perspective on how to approach the very first steps.
