​Innovation Lab Session

​Join us for a closed-door session built for open innovation leaders who rarely get the room to themselves. For three hours in Lisbon, we invite open innovation and venturing leaders from Portuguese corporates to sit down together with no pitches, just real conversation about the challenges they're actually facing.

​Here's what the afternoon actually looks like:

​16:00 — Welcome & check-in. Dealflow.eu and Cuatrecasas open the room together: who's here, why they were invited, and how the next three hours are designed to work.

​16:30 — Fireside chat - Open Innovation at P&G: insights from André Convents. Hear from André Convents, Open Innovation expert, ex P&G Innovation leader for 35 years, as he shares his journey of building open innovation from scratch inside one of the world’s biggest consumer goods companies: the bets that paid off, the ones that didn’t, and what he would do differently if he were starting today. And expect an open conversation: this is a chat with the room, not in front of it.

​17:00 — Roundtables: live challenges. You'll sit at a small, mixed-level table with five to seven other corporates, run in three rounds: each person names one live challenge in their own words (15 min), the table goes deep on the two challenges with the most shared traction (20 min), and everyone leaves having committed to one thing they'll do differently (10 min). A Dealflow.eu moderator runs your table throughout, and captures your table's takeaways to feed the closing synthesis.

​17:45 — Synthesis. We bring the room back together and share what surfaced across the tables — the patterns, the disagreements, and what people are actually going to try next.

​18:00 — Se Darwin fosse CEO, by Rui Coutinho. Chief Innovation Officer & Board Member at Mota-Engil Next, Rui closes the formal programme with a first look at his newly launched book: what's behind it, and what it means for how corporates adapt (or don't).

​18:15 — Networking. Drinks, no agenda. This is where the follow-up conversations happen.

​One week after the event, you'll receive a one-pager with the main conclusions from the session.
